CVA’s Art + Action Lab offers in-depth programming for teens interested in creative careers. Our current programs include an introduction to creative careers through a paid internship, focused professional development, and a conversation series with local arts professionals.
Teen Internship
Find your creative future! The Art + Action Lab Teen Internship is a paid internship where high school students get an inside look at many different careers in the arts, meeting with creative professionals in groups and one on one to develop the skills needed to go into these fields.
Level Up
Interns who have already completed either the Internship or Summer Intensive are invited to apply for our leadership team. We focus on developing leadership abilities and professional skills to better equip you to move towards your professional goals.
Art + Work
A monthly conversation series where we invite creative professionals for a discussion about their work and career paths. Each Art + Work panel is designed for high school and college students but open to anyone interested in learning about creative careers from arts professionals.
